We highly suggest that you visit an open class before any others. This is a 1 hour opportunity to get familiar with the trapeze setup, practice and learn what will benefit your specific body needs. These classes have an instructor on staff for you to ask questions about body positioning, terminology or even try the more dynamic positioning of Yoga Trapeze.
As we move further into this Yoga Trapeze journey, our skill levels will eventually begin to separate. Right now, everyone is a beginner. A beginner class will be a moderate impact class guided by an instructor that takes you from a warmup, to workout and to cooldown. Keep an eye out for more advanced classes or those that target core, upper body, hips, etc.
Mini classes are a 30 minute version of the beginner.
Our kids classes are for boys and girls ages 5-7. Classes are designed to work on focus and instill the importance of staying active, while allowing the children to learn their own body limits. This is especially important for those little ones that have no fear but plenty of impulsiveness.
